Job summary

JLL Singapore is seeking a Facilities Assistant to keep client workplaces safe, functional, and welcoming. You’ll support the facilities management team with maintenance requests, inspections, and vendor coordination to uphold high standards across sites.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of facilities management or related experience.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer service focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn facilities management software.
• Basic understanding of building systems and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors and technicians.
• Conduct routine building inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain records of work orders, PM schedules, and compliance docs.
• Support space planning by tracking occupancy and moves.
• Monitor HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and security for efficiency.
• Assist with health and safety compliance and audits.
• Coordinate with cleaning, security, and other service providers.
• Communicate updates to occupants and gather feedback.
• Promote sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives.
