Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Singapore is seeking a Facilities Assistant Client Services to act as the main liaison for client service requests and to manage daily facility operations. You will coordinate work orders, inspections, and vendor activities to ensure high standards of service and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, safety compliance, and collaboration with technicians and stakeholders to deliver seamless workplace experiences in a dynamic CRE environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is preferred.
• 1–3 years in facilities operations or client services in CRE or corporate settings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, vendors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client service requests and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Monitor work order systems and maintain clear communication with clients and providers.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for preventive maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, orders and compliance requirements.
• Support health and safety initiatives and address identified risks promptly.
• Prepare reports on service metrics and client satisfaction for leadership.
• Assist with events, space reconfigurations, and move coordination as needed.
• Build strong client relationships through reliability, professionalism and service.
