Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in facilities management or related field.
• Solid understanding of building systems and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ability to learn facilities software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors and technicians.
• Conduct routine building inspections for safety and upkeep.
• Maintain records of work orders, maintenance schedules and contracts.
• Support space planning by tracking occupancy and moves.
• Monitor HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and security for performance and energy efficiency.
• Assist with health and safety audits and emergency preparedness.
• Coordinate with cleaning, security and service providers.
• Communicate with occupants and provide maintenance updates.
