Job summary

Savills Property Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the Property Manager and supervise contractors in maintenance deliveries. You will assist in implementing quality maintenance programs and ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will conduct regular audits of buildings and systems, supervise minor projects, and ensure timely completion of works while handling service requests and fault reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, Building or Facilities or Real Estate Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager.
• Supervise sub-contractors in the provision of maintenance services and vendors in the delivery of equipment.
• Assist Property Manager in implementing the quality maintenance program and complying with Authority/Statutory regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of building and Systems.
• Assist Property Manager in supervising minor projects or improvement, repair & replacement works.
• Ensure that works are completed on time.
• Prepare submissions and justify for variations of work to be done.
• Attend to service requests, fault reporting, feedback and enquiries.

Education
