Job summary

SAVILLS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance of school buildings, grounds, and equipment in Singapore.

You will coordinate staff, contractors, and vendors, and implement preventive maintenance to minimize disruptions. The role requires a Degree in Built Environment / Facilities Management / Engineering and a minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience, with strong budgeting and compliance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Built Environment, Facilities Management or Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with proven management/supervisory background.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and maintenance of school buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and regulatory standards.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control and procurement of facility-related services.
• Support facility improvement and minor renovation projects.
• Respond promptly to facility-related issues or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and facility performance.
