Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a facilities maintenance professional in Singapore to manage preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate fault response, and monitor contractor performance.

The role requires conducting site inspections, preparing maintenance reports, and supporting regulatory compliance. A diploma in engineering/FM and at least 3 years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in engineering/ FM/building services.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Experience in contractor management and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate fault response and service recovery.
• Monitor contractor performance and service delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and facility condition assessments.
• Prepare maintenance reports and operational updates.
• Support emergency response and incident investigations.
• Assist in root cause analysis of operational and system issues.
• Develop technical inputs and scopes for work proposals.
• Manage maintenance records, asset inventories and related data.
• Support statutory inspections and regulatory compliance activities.
• Participate in facility mobilisation and transition activities.
