Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of centre development, renovation, and expansion projects.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle—from concept and approvals to procurement, scheduling, and final delivery—ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Manage preventive maintenance and ensure the centre’s operational readiness at all times.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Champion initiatives in energy efficiency, smart building systems, sustainability, and long-term asset management.
• Provide regular reports and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, housekeeping, F&B, operations) to drive maintenance and facility improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• Green Mark, Fire Safety and Sustainability-related certifications are advantageous.
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing multiple project stakeholders.
• Experience in leading facilities management teams and suppliers.
• Hospitality industry experience will be a plus.
