Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Management/Coordinator to manage day-to-day facilities operations and ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment at our premises in Raffles Place.

You will coordinate vendors for cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and support small events, supervising cleaning and upgrades, monitoring supplies, and liaising with staff and stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of experience in Facilities Management / Coordinator / Event Management / Cleaning Services

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations to ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers for cleaning, pest control, and landscaping.
• Support planning and execution of events, including venue setup and logistics.
• Supervise cleaning and upgrading/restoring activities, ensuring hygiene standards.
• Monitor supplies and arrange replenishment for daily operations.
• Review vendor work, quotations, and invoices for accuracy and value.
• Handle basic administrative duties including reports, meeting minutes, records and quotations.
• Coordinate deliveries, purchases, and service requests to ensure smooth operations.
