Job summary

A facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Technician to maintain and repair client facilities, including corporate offices and apartments. You will oversee maintenance tasks, supervise vendors, and support facility renovations. The ideal candidate has a diploma in engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Availability for urgent issues after hours is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in facilities/property maintenance.
• Experience in renovation or fit-out projects is a must.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems.
• Oversee and manage vendor/contractor work for ongoing maintenance.
• Assist in the technical evaluation of potential new facilities.
