Job summary

A leading healthcare technology firm in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to assist with daily tasks related to facilities and office services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management and must hold at least a diploma. Responsibilities include ensuring the recycling program runs efficiently, assisting in office moves, and handling facility-related requests. This role may also require interaction with vendors and serving as back-up receptionist when needed.

  • Act as back-up for receptionist when requested.

  • Inform management of problems relating to facility and office service issues.
  • Place calls for fax and copy machine maintenance as directed.
  • May interact with vendors, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing and other departments to research incorrect invoices and to code invoices.
  • May act as back-up for receptionist when requested.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.
