Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the warehouse facilities
• Liaison with contractors for servicing, repairs and maintenance
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out according to plan.
• Attend safety meeting
• Record temperature and humidity records
• Pest management within the warehouse facilities
• Training warehouse personnel on pest control measures
• Record keeping and report generation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / “O” Level.
• At least 1 Year(s) of facilities management working experience is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Maintenance / Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
• Candidates with ISOLead Auditor / ERT / Work-at-Height certificate(s) are advantageous.
