The ideal candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field, with strong project management skills and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. This role demands adherence to quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Job description

• Plan, develop, and manage healthcare infrastructure projects from proposal through completion
• Prepare master plans, project briefs, and budget proposals
• Conduct feasibility studies and support conceptual planning activities
• Coordinate design development with consultants and stakeholders
• Prepare tender documentation, manage tender evaluations, and support contract award processes
• Oversee construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved designs and specifications
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and risks, and resolve issues as they arise
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, environmental health and safety, and workplace safety requirements

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Architecture with at least 5 years of relevant experience/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or Estate Management with at least 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare facilities planning and development
• Experience in designing hospitality or complex facilities with structured workflows and strict environmental requirements is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, environmental health and safety, and workplace safety standards
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting
