Job summary

ea recruitment pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Facilities/Building Services Manager to oversee facilities and administration, ensuring continuous FM services and minimal disruption to operations.

You will lead facilities teams, coordinate repairs with vendors (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and drive office space planning and project delivery from design through startup, including multi-location travel within Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility / Building Services or equivalent experience.
• Capability to manage a commercial portfolio with 3 to 5 years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage facilities and administration functions to ensure continuity of Facility Management services.
• Provide leadership to facilities and administration teams to deliver high quality service.
• Coordinate building repairs and engage vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general repairs.
• Source and evaluate contractors to comply with purchasing policies.
• Manage office space planning, including layouts, cost estimates, schedules, and startup of locations.
• Develop schedules and master project plans; monitor costs and risks.
• Lead project management from requirements to startup of services.
• Coordinate with real estate brokers to select locations.
• Communicate with contractors, managers, and architects to design space and manage projects.
• Ensure project delivery meets specifications and sustain practices.
