Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead daily operations of warehouse and office facilities across Singapore. You will oversee maintenance, asset management, and lifecycle projects while managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets.

Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in related field with at least 5 years in facilities or property management. Singaporean only, with occasional travel and after-hours availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of facilities, estate, or property management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Property, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Singaporean only; occasional travel and after-hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of warehouse and office facilities across Singapore.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and asset management for owned and leased properties.
• Plan and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets, including cost control initiatives.
• Identify and implement asset enhancement and lifecycle replacement projects.
• Manage and conduct audits on contractors, service providers, and vendor performance.
• Ensure timely response and resolution of facility issues and emergencies.
• Plan and execute refurbishment, reconstruction, and improvement projects.
• Ensure timely renewal of maintenance contracts, licenses, and statutory permits.
• Liaise with authorities such as JTC, BCA, SCDF, URA, and other stakeholders.
• Perform duties as Fire Safety Manager and Water Efficiency Manager.
