Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Facilities Coordinator for a multinational client in the Central region of Singapore. The role covers daily facilities operations, vendor coordination, and HSSE compliance to ensure seamless service delivery in a corporate office environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in facilities management, strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety) and proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant facilities management experience, preferably in a corporate office or commercial environment.
• Experienced in vendor management, preventive maintenance, HSSE compliance and operational coordination.
• Good knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety; CMMS experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint, with good exposure to budget tracking, reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage preventive and reactive maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections and minor improvement projects.
• Coordinate multiple vendors, including purchase orders, billing, SLA compliance and performance monitoring.
• Liaise with building management and relevant stakeholders on facilities, maintenance and technical matters.
• Monitor HSSE compliance, manage incident reporting and coordinate emergency response procedures.
• Support event-related facilities arrangements, including vendor coordination, setup and post-event reinstatement.
• Maintain accurate facilities records and reports, including PPM status, operational performance, budgets and billing.
