A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced F2B Test Lead in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing testing strategies for the F2B Digital organization. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in business transformation within large financial institutions and strong knowledge of wealth management processes. This position offers the opportunity to lead a testing team and ensure successful execution of testing protocols in a crucial digitalization effort.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in large scale business and technical transformation programs.
• Very good knowledge about wealth management and investment advisory platforms.
• Experience in testing complex front-to-back wealth management business processes.
• Proven track record in Data Migration and Reconciliations delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute testing requirements for the F2B Digital organization.
• Develop test plans and scenarios with corresponding test cases.
• Mobilize and oversee testing team for execution and defect resolution.
• Coordinate results sign-off with SMEs across various functions.
