The Garcha Group in Singapore is seeking a dedicated hospitality professional to oversee guest dining experiences across all outlets, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, executive lounge, bar and events.

You will participate in Marriott Learning & Development programs, uphold brand standards and ensure sanitation while building lasting guest relationships. Applicants should hold a Professional Certificate/NITEC, have 2–3 years in hospitality, and strong English communication.

Qualificações

• Guest service experience in hospitality environments.
• Diligent, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and guest engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Regularly monitor and ensure guests receive exceptional food and beverage service across all outlets.
• Maintain ambiance and brand standards including lighting, music, presentation, grooming and service attitude.
• Participate in Marriott L&D training programs to support professional development.
• Coordinate with Culinary team to ensure seamless service operations.
• Engage with guests in a professional, courteous manner to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain sanitation and food hygiene in line with Singapore regulations and Marriott standards.
• Monitor quality, presentation and portion control of all F&B items.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control and routine reporting for efficiency.
