The Garcha Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Overall Restaurant Operations Leader to oversee daily restaurant and outlet performance across our Maxwell Reserve, The Vagabond Club and The Serangoon House portfolio.

You will drive guest experience, lead a high‑performing service team, coach supervisors, forecast sales and manage payroll, while ensuring adherence to Marriott standards and local regulations. A strong F&B background and hands‑on leadership are essential for success.

Aufgaben

• Oversees daily operations and achieves targets
• Forecasts sales, covers and payroll costs with the manager
• Supervises daily operation and ensures sufficient manning coverage for operations
• Assigns the supervisors with responsibilities and tasks that they are best suited for
• Ensures that all duties, tasks, and services are carried out according to the required standards as prescribed by the hotel
• Maintains consistency in quality of food, beverage, and service above all else
• In the absence of the manager, attends briefings and meetings and updates policies as needed
• Possesses in depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus and its preparations and presentations
• In depth knowledge of bar and wine operations
• Establishing, training, and executing sales techniques and marketing plans
• Ensures grooming and hygiene practices of colleagues are in line with standards
