BACHA COFFEE PTE LTD is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of the Coffee House & Boutiques in Singapore. You will help supervise service staff, maintain grooming and SOP standards, prepare weekly rosters, and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house.

You will handle cash, POS transactions, daily sales reporting, stock ordering, and ensure food safety compliance while delivering friendly, efficient guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or F&B operations is desirable.
• Ability to supervise service staff and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in managing daily operations of the Coffee House & Boutiques.
• Ensure staff grooming and SOP standards are met daily.
• Prepare weekly rosters and manage shift coverage.
• Oversee service staff to ensure high-quality guest service.
• Handle cash and POS transactions; report take-in-cash on duty.
• Record daily sales and ensure items are accounted for.
• Coordinate activities between kitchen and service staff.
• Supervise coffee services and catered events; maintain cleanliness.
• Assist in setup and teardown of front and back operations.
• Ensure food safety regulations are followed per SFA policy.
• Minimize waste and maintain records; organize shift reports.
• Order stock, manage inventory, and update product catalogue.
• Create eye-catching merchandise displays to guide customers.
