Job summary

BACHA Coffee Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run our Coffee House & Boutiques, ensuring smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise service staff, uphold grooming standards, manage rosters, coordinate between kitchen and service, and ensure food safety in line with SFA policies.

This role offers daily meal and shift allowances, a 13th month salary, monthly incentives, staff discounts, and opportunities to contribute to vibrant branding.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in managing operations of the Coffee House & Boutiques to ensure daily smooth operations.
• Ensure staff grooming standards and adherence to daily SOPs.
• Prepare weekly staff rosters.
• Ensure service staff communicate correctly and meet service standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient guest services and attend to customer needs.
• Process guest orders to ensure timely preparation and service.
• Coordinate activities between kitchen and service staff.
• Supervise coffee service and catered events; maintain neatness of service ware.
• Assist in setup and teardown of front and back of the Coffee House & Boutiques operations.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations per SFA policy.
• Minimize waste and maintain records.
• Handle cash, operate POS, and report take-in cash on duty.
• Record daily sales reports and account for all F&B items.
• Organize shift documentation and reports daily.
• Order stocks, manage inventory, and maintain product catalogue.
• Create eye-catching merchandise displays guiding customers through the stores.
