Job summary

BREW BAR F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outlet in Singapore. You will lead, supervise and train staff and manage staff scheduling and attendance to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities include maintaining food and beverage quality, monitoring sales against targets, controlling stock and costs, handling cash, upholding hygiene and safety standards, and addressing customer feedback with timely solutions.

Qualifications

• F&B, café or restaurant experience preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience is an advantage.
• Responsible, hands-on and able to lead a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall day-to-day café operations
• Lead, supervise and train outlet staff
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and performance
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and service standards
• Monitor sales and work towards outlet targets
• Manage stock ordering, inventory, cost control and wastage
• Ensure proper cash handling and daily sales reconciliation
• Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene and safety standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs
• Provide regular outlet performance updates to management
