Job summary

WGT EHR Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Café Operations Executive to oversee daily café and retail operations.

You will support both FOH and BOH activities, ensure excellent customer service, manage stock and wastage, and coordinate with pastry/production teams and suppliers to keep the operation running smoothly. The role requires 1–3 years in F&B or related fields, strong coordination and communication skills, and the ability to multitask independently.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in F&B, café, retail, hospitality or operations.
• Able to work in both FOH and BOH environments.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café and retail operations.
• Support both FOH and BOH operations.
• Ensure good customer service, product presentation and smooth order processing.
• Manage stock, inventory, replenishment and wastage.
• Coordinate closely with the pastry/production team on stock requirements.
• Coordinate deliveries, suppliers and order fulfilment.
• Coordinate full-time, part-time and event staff.
• Support pop-ups, roadshows and events, including setup and teardown.
• Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness and operational SOPs are followed.
• Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure smooth operations.
