Job summary

BACHA COFFEE PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a customer‑focused team member to deliver friendly, efficient service to guests. You will process orders, ensure items are prepared and served promptly, and help maintain food safety standards in line with SFA policy.

You will promote our range of food and beverages to walk‑in customers, perform product demonstrations, manage cash and the POS system, and assist the Store Manager with daily operations, guiding and mentoring the Associate.

Responsibilities

• Offering a friendly and efficient services to all guests
• Process guests orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly
• Ensure food safety regulations are followed as according to SFA's policy
• Promote and sell our range of food and beverage items and products to walk-in customers
• Perform demonstrations of products
• Attending to customers' needs and enquiries
• Receiving and checking of inventory of goods and supplies
• Handling of cash, POS system and report of take-in-cash when on duty
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant F&B Retail Manager with daily operations, guiding and mentoring the Associate
