Job summary

BACHA COFFEE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused team member to support cafe operations and guest service.

You will deliver friendly service, handle guest orders, promote our food and beverage range, and assist in daily store activity, including stock checks and cash handling with the POS system. Join a collaborative team while contributing to product demonstrations and addressing customer needs, enquiries, and walk-in sales.

Responsibilities

• Offering a friendly and efficient services to all guests
• Process guests orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly
• Ensure food safety regulations are followed as according to SFA's policy
• Promote and sell our range of food and beverage items and products to walk-in customers
• Perform demonstrations of products
• Attending to customers' needs and enquiries
• Receiving and checking of inventory of goods and supplies
• Handling of cash, POS system and report of take-in-cash when on duty
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant F&B Retail Manager with daily operations, guiding and mentoring the Associate
