Job summary

BACHA COFFEE PTE. LTD. invites friendly service professionals to join our front-of-house team in Singapore.

You will greet guests, take orders, ensure timely preparation and serving, assist with setup and clearing, and support cash handling and POS operations. Promotional upselling of our food and beverage range, product demonstrations, and attentive customer care are essential. You will also monitor inventory, maintain food safety standards per SFA policies, and contribute to a positive guest

Qualifications

• Friendly and efficient service to guests.
• Process guest orders to ensure timely preparation and serving.
• Assist in setup and clear down of front and back of restaurant operations.
• Follow food safety regulations per SFA policy.
• Promote and sell our food and beverage items to walk-in customers.
• Perform product demonstrations.
• Attend to customers' needs and enquiries.
• Receive and check inventory of goods and supplies.
• Handle cash, POS system and report cash taken when on duty.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for offering friendly and efficient services to all guests.
