Job summary

Table of Grace Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a dedicated operations support role to assist restaurant management with daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.

You will coordinate Front of House and Back of House activities, monitor quality, assist with inventory, scheduling, training, and compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Operations and management team in executing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
• Coordinate Front of House and Back of House activities to maintain smooth service flow and optimize guest experience
• Monitor food quality, portion control, presentation, cleanliness, and guest service standards to uphold brand expectations
• Assist with manpower deployment, staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift coordination to meet operational needs
• Coach and support Team Members in service delivery, food preparation, hygiene, and operational procedures to enhance performance
• Assist with inventory counts, stock control, ordering, and wastage monitoring to maintain accurate stock levels and reduce losses
• Support compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
• Prepare operational reports and assist management with tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement
• Support training, onboarding, and performance follow-up for Team Members to foster skill development and engagement
• Assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness and adherence to standards
• Comply with Chick-fil-A operating standards and Singapore laws and regulations to maintain legal and brand compliance
• Perform other duties reasonably assigned by the Company to support overall restaurant operations
