Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience in food and beverage environments such as food courts, coffee shops or restaurants, and the ability to work long hours including weekends and public holidays. You will assist the operation manager with daily tasks, take orders, prepare and serve products, handle cashiering at times, and maintain cleanliness and mise-en-place to ensure smooth service and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in F&B outlets (food court, coffee shop, or restaurant).
• Able to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt customer service delivery in accordance to established SOP like taking customer order - clearing tables - require making coffee - perform cashiering at times - does mopping and cleaning of dining areas and dishwashing - any other duties which may be assigned from time to time
• Provide supervisor customer service that is fast, super friendly and customized to the needs of each customer
• Comply with company's policies and procedures relating to all outlet activities
• Perform mise-end place
