Job summary

POON RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations of our F&B outlets in Singapore.

You will manage store operations, HR, hiring, and scheduling, ensuring smooth service and compliance with SOPs. Responsibilities include inventory control, banking, staff training, and monitoring productivity to achieve company goals. You will drive efficiency, resolve customer feedback, and lead weekend/public holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of F&B experience.
• At least a diploma.
• Drive and passion in F&B.
• Team player.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and business matters.
• Maintain store operations including hiring and HR management.
• Inventory stock taking and ordering.
• Accountable for outlets sales and banking.
• Scheduling staff working hours.
• SOP driven.
• Identify bottlenecks to improve workflow and assist outlets.
• Monitor and plan staff training development.
• Monitor staff productivity and progress toward company goals.
• Involve in projects relating to the company to improve efficiency.
• Manage and resolve customer feedback and loyalty.
