Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Restaurant Operations Supervisor in Singapore. You will oversee daily outlet operations, supervise crew, handle opening and closing, and ensure service, food quality and hygiene standards.

You will coach and motivate the team, monitor daily sales, assist with staff scheduling, and handle customer enquiries. The role requires flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• ITE / Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant F&B / Retail experience.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant outlet
• Manage and supervise restaurant crew to ensure smooth operations
• Handle opening and closing of the outlet
• Ensure service, food quality and hygiene standards are maintained
• Guide, coach and motivate team members
• Monitor daily sales and prepare reports for management
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower planning
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Perform stock-taking and other operational duties when required
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
