Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a capable Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service. You will lead and coach the service crew, maintain food quality and customer satisfaction, and handle staff scheduling, training, and safety compliance.

This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment and weekend/public holiday work when required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive, team‑oriented approach and a commitment to hygiene

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, guide, and support the F&B service crew during operations.
Ensure food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction are maintained.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and work allocation.
Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and daily operational tasks.
Train and coach new team members as required.
Any other duties delegated by Store Manager from time to time
