Job summary

People Advantage Pte Ltd presents an exciting F&B Supervisor role at a Halal-certified restaurant in Bedok Mall, Singapore. You will oversee daily outlet operations, ensure service quality and smooth order fulfilment, and support the Outlet Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.

The role requires supervising staff, monitoring hygiene standards, and contributing to a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• F&B / supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to work 6 days/week and 10 hours/day.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily outlet operations and service standards
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth order fulfilment
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & food safety standards
• Assist with stock receiving, storage & inventory control
• Assist with workforce scheduling and manpower planning
• Support outlet opening and closing procedures
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Assist Outlet Manager in achieving sales and operational targets
• Supervise and guide team members to ensure smooth daily operations
