Job summary

Koufu Pte Ltd is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service. You will work closely with the Area Manager on strategic planning, develop cost-effective plans, and monitor inventory and cash controls.

The role requires strong leadership, good communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Previous F&B supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily outlet operations for efficient operations.
• Collaborate with Area Manager on strategic business planning and operations.
• Develop cost-effective plans to achieve outlet goals.
• Ensure prompt service to satisfy customers.
• Ensure outlet compliance with hygiene, safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain cash handling, sales reporting and inventory controls.
• Train and retain outlet staff; manage recruitment and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory and replenish stock as needed.
• Analyze and resolve problems promptly and accurately.
• Review cleaning standards, food safety and sanitation.
