We are seeking a responsible and experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food court and F&Boutlets in Singapore. The successful candidate will supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, maintain food safety standards and support the smooth running of daily operations.

The role involves supervising a team, managing duties, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in F&B operations or a supervisory role.
• Experience in a food court, restaurant, catering business or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to supervise a team and work independently.
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Candidates with relevant food safety or F&B qualifications will have an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily F&B operations and coordinate staff duties.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance and discipline.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness and service standards.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
