Job summary

IRON CHEF F&B PTE. LTD. invites an Operations Executive to oversee daily outlet operations, ensure quality and meet sales targets at NTU/Jurong-Pioneer location. You will manage cashiers, beverage prep, opening/closing, and scheduling while aligning with brand standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience in F&B, a relevant diploma/degree, and an ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in F&B.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, F&B management, or related field.
• Strong delegation, planning and execution skills.
• Able to lead, motivate and retain staff.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
• Able to commit 6 days per week.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet (cashiering, beverage prep, opening/closing, scheduling).
• Meet sales targets and outlet profitability.
• Collaborate with the team for smooth operations and daily tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
• Conduct inventory checks to maintain stock levels.
• Plan staffing/roster efficiently based on needs.
• Supervise and provide operational support.
• Handle supplier and staff queries.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects.
