Job summary

IRON CHEF F&B PTE. LTD. invites an Operations Executive to oversee daily outlet operations, ensure quality and meet sales targets at NTU/Jurong-Pioneer location. You will manage cashiers, beverage prep, opening/closing, and scheduling while aligning with brand standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience in F&B, a relevant diploma/degree, and an ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in F&B.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, F&B management, or related field.
• Strong delegation, planning and execution skills.
• Able to lead, motivate and retain staff.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
• Able to commit 6 days per week.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Job description

As a Operations Executive, you assist in running F&B outlets, ensuring they align with guidelines set by the Assistant Area Manager. Your focus is on smooth operations, maintaining quality, and supporting the overall success of the coffee shop's outlet.

Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities)

• Manage and be involved in day-to-day operations of business (i.e. cashiering, beverage preparation, toasting, outlet opening and closing, scheduling, etc.)
• Meet sales targets and ensure outlet profitability
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth outlet operations and support their daily tasks
• Ensure that the outlets adhere to local regulations regarding health, safety, and compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures
• Conduct inventory checks and monitoring to maintain sufficient stocks supplies for seamless operations
• Efficiently schedule and plan staffing/ roster based on outlet operational requirements
• Supervise and provide operational support
• Handle queries from suppliers and staff
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience in F&B environment

• Good knowledge of F&B industry will be an added advantage
