Job summary

Iron Chef F&B is seeking an Operations Executive to support daily outlet functions at NTU area, ensuring adherence to guidelines set by the Assistant Area Manager. You will oversee cashiering, beverage prep, opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory to keep outlets running smoothly.

You will lead a team, meet sales targets, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver consistent service.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience in F&B.
Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, F&B management, or related field.
Good knowledge of F&B industry preferred.
Strong delegation, planning and execution skills.
Quick decision-making and problem-solving with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, retain and motivate staff.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Customer oriented with weekend and public holiday availability.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the business (cashiering, beverage prep, toasting, outlet opening/closing, scheduling).
Meet sales targets and ensure outlet profitability.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth outlet operations and daily tasks.
Ensure outlets adhere to health, safety, and compliance requirements, and to brand standards and local policies.
Conduct inventory checks and maintain stock levels for seamless operations.
Schedule and plan staffing/roster based on outlet requirements.
Supervise and provide operational support.
Handle queries from suppliers and staff.
Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
