Job summary

YGF BLESSING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive to support daily F&B operations and business development across Singapore outlets. You will work with outlet teams and management to uphold standards, improve performance and assist in new store openings.

The role requires 2+ years in F&B or multi-outlet operations, strong cost control, inventory skills and proficient MS Office. Mandarin is a plus; travel between outlets is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, F&B Management, Operations Management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in F&B, retail, franchise or multi-outlet operations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, inventory management and cost control.
• Able to prepare operational reports and analyse basic sales and cost data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and travel between outlets in Singapore.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, for openings or urgent matters.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the daily operations and business development of our F&B outlets in Singapore. The successful candidate will work closely with outlet teams and the management team to maintain operational standards, improve outlet performance and support new store openings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and monitor the daily operations of company-operated and franchise outlets.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety requirements and service standards.
• Monitor outlet performance, including sales, food costs, labour costs, wastage, customer feedback and other operational KPIs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management review.
• Follow up with outlet managers on operational issues and corrective action plans.
• Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing operational SOPs, checklists and training materials.
• Coordinate staff training and ensure operational procedures are properly communicated and implemented.
• Support new outlet openings, including site preparation, equipment setup, licensing, inspections, staff training and opening readiness.
• Coordinate with landlords, contractors, suppliers, delivery platforms and other external service providers.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with the procurement and outlet teams to ensure timely replenishment and proper stock control.
• Assist in product launches, promotional campaigns and menu updates.
• Handle and follow up on customer complaints and operational incidents.
• Support franchisees in implementing brand standards and improving outlet performance.
• Ensure compliance with SFA requirements, workplace safety standards and other applicable regulations.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, F&B Management, Operations Management or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and review of Chinese-language operational materials.
• Able to work independently and travel between outlets in Singapore.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and public holidays, when required for outlet openings or urgent operational matters.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in franchise operations or Chinese F&B brands will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with SFA licensing and food safety requirements is preferred.
• Hands-on, responsible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses a continuous-improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.
