Job summary

Iron Chef F&B is seeking an Operations Executive to support daily outlet functions at NTU area, ensuring adherence to guidelines set by the Assistant Area Manager. You will oversee cashiering, beverage prep, opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory to keep outlets running smoothly.

You will lead a team, meet sales targets, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver consistent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience in F&B.
• Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, F&B management, or related field.
• Good knowledge of F&B industry preferred.
• Strong delegation, planning and execution skills.
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, retain and motivate staff.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Customer oriented with weekend and public holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and plan staffing/roster based on outlet requirements.
• Supervise and provide operational support.
• Handle queries from suppliers and staff.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

As a Operations Executive, you assist in running F&B outlets, ensuring they align with guidelines set by the Assistant Area Manager. Your focus is on smooth operations, maintaining quality, and supporting the overall success of the coffee shop’s outlet.

Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities)

• Manage and be involved in day-to-day operations of business (i.e. cashiering, beverage preparation, toasting, outlet opening and closing, scheduling, etc.)
• Meet sales targets and ensure outlet profitability
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth outlet operations and support their daily tasks
• Ensure that the outlets adhere to local regulations regarding health, safety, and compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures
• Conduct inventory checks and monitoring to maintain sufficient stocks supplies for seamless operations
• Efficiently schedule and plan staffing/ roster based on outlet operational requirements
• Supervise and provide operational support
• Handle queries from suppliers and staff
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
