Job summary

A leading F&B establishment in Singapore is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee daily operations and manage a team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of management experience in the F&B sector, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to maintain customer relations with local and foreign clientele. Responsibilities include inventory management, staff training, and ensuring high customer service standards. The role may require some overtime.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of F&B management experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills; able to lead a team of 10+ staff.
• Willingness to learn cashiering basics and beverage preparation.
• Good customer service and communication skills; able to interact with local and foreign customers.
• Ability to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Settle government official documents and manpower issues.
• Know or be willing to learn the basics of making hot beverages.
• Design and put up simple advertisements for food stalls.
• Prepare sales reports and set monthly sales targets for staff.
• Train new staff on the company's SOP.
• Ensure public lavatories are maintained.
• Handle customers' complaints or feedback.
• Handle conflicts among staff.
• Procure goods and monitor inventory levels.
