Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a hospitality team member to join our Food & Beverage team in Singapore. You will be responsible for handling food and beverage orders, serving guests, and delivering friendly, high-quality service across all restaurant operations.

You will assist with restaurant setup, inventory, and cleanliness, while also addressing guest requests, upselling where appropriate, and managing telephone and email reservation inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education with ‘O’ Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage
• Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Assist fellow team members with restaurant setup and preparation; ensure amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected.
• Assist guests with requests, upsell where appropriate, and be knowledgeable about the menu.
• Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation inquiries.
• Perform other administrative duties in the restaurant.
