Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a customer-focused hospitality professional to join our Food & Beverage team in Singapore. You will handle orders, serve guests, and support colleagues in daily restaurant operations, including reservations and upselling.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of guest service experience, holds at least O Level certification, and possesses food hygiene certification. Commitment to flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in guest service or guest contact roles.
• O Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage.
• Food hygiene and safety certification is required.
• Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Assist fellow team members with restaurant setup and stock checks.
• Assist guests with requests, upsell, and be familiar with the menu.
• Answer restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries.
• Perform other administrative duties in the restaurant.
