Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a guest-focused team member for our Food & Beverage outlets in Singapore. You will handle orders, serve guests, and support colleagues in restaurant setup and upkeep.

You will also answer phone and email reservations and assist with upselling to enhance guest experience. Applicants should have at least secondary education, be willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, and hold a valid food hygiene and safety certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education with 'O' Level passes.
• Willing and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Food hygiene and safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Assist fellow team members with preparation and setting up in restaurants and ensure amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected.
• Assist guests with requests, perform suggestive upselling, and be familiar with the full menu.
• Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries.
• Perform other administrative duties in the restaurant.
