Hilton Singapore is seeking an F&B Executive to deliver exceptional guest service in our restaurant. You will master the menu, explain options clearly, and accommodate dietary needs while coordinating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

You will maintain high service standards, assist with reservations and cash handling, and greet guests with warmth. A proactive, flexible, and outgoing attitude is essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in similar position with 5-star hotel category or celebrity chef restaurant.
• Good English skills, both verbal and written.
• Motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Confidently know the food and beverage menu contents and explain them in detail to guests.
• Understand dietary requirements and offer appropriate suggestions.
• Make suggestions on the menu to suit guests with different dietary needs.
• Ensure the cashier's desk is prepared for service and handle reservations checks.
• Greet guests and usher them to tables, presenting menus as appropriate.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and assist kitchen staff when required.
