Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field, with 1 year of related experience.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. Able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
• Communicate to superiors any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.
• Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships.
• Attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
• Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled.
• Ensure outlet equipment is clean and properly stored and prepared for service.
