Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore is seeking an F&B Operations Executive to supervise front-of-house teams, support the Assistant Operations Manager for one outlet, and uphold elevated dining standards.

You will focus on guest engagement, staff development, operational efficiency, and high-quality service across the outlet, including wine list curation and wine pairing.

The role requires 3–5 years in hospitality, supervisory experience, and a proactive, calm approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/QSR environments is preferred (3–5 years).
• WSET certification is advantageous.
• Ability to supervise and train teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to stand long hours in hot, humid environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train team members to uphold service standards.
• Provide excellent guest engagement while serving food and beverages.
• Assist in wine list development, wine pairing and decanting.
• Operate cash registers and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor service flow, stock replenishment, and cleanliness.
• Support recruitment and administrative work.
• Address guest inquiries and service-related issues.
• Participate in daily briefings and trainings.
