Job summary

Copthorne King's Hotel Singapore is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to lead daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and catering.

You will coordinate closely with kitchen staff, service teams, and hotel management to deliver consistent, high-quality service, maintain health and safety compliance, manage inventory and supplier relationships, and support event planning and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests, staff, and management.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in MICROS, POS systems, MS Office, and inventory management software.
• Understanding of food safety standards and local health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service teams, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure high-quality service meeting guest expectations and standards.
• Monitor inventory, suppliers, and cost control.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
• Plan and coordinate events, banquets, and catering.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
