We are looking for an F&B Assistant Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations, management, marketing, and overall performance of the restaurant.
  • Manage staffing, service standards, cost control, and ensure maximum revenue while delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Delegate duties and responsibilities effectively to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance guest experience and maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and support promotional activities for the outlet.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within an international-class hotel.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
