Job summary

Job Summary

Reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager of F&B (EAM-F&B), you will be providing administrative support to the Food & Beverage department of the Hotel.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Establish and maintain professional and effective communication channels within the F&B Department and the other Departments.
  • Prepare and circulate memos for the F&B Department.
  • Participate in regular meetings and briefings as may be scheduled and take meeting minutes/ notes to be documented and filed.
  • Assist to follow up on items on meeting minutes with the relevant parties and update the EAM-F&B on the progress.
  • Assist with/ follow up on projects and promotional activities for F&B Department.
  • Follow up with the F&B outlets on submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Provide assistance for any requisition within the Hotel such as purchase requisitions and work orders for F&B outlets.
  • Champion the gourmet card memberships.
  • Review the status of work and follow up actions required with the EAM-F&B on a daily basis.
  • Handle all correspondences and filings in the Food & Beverage office.
  • Maintain and manage the daily appointment on behalf of the EAM-F&B
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the EAM-F&B.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O Level qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Experience in the hotel industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Able to commence work within short notice would be advantageous.
