About the Role

We are looking for passionate and responsible individuals to join our Eye Level Learning Centre as Instructors. This role involves guiding students in Mathematics and/or English using the Eye Level learning system, supporting their academic progress, and nurturing independent learning habits.

Training will be provided. Prior teaching experience is an advantage but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide students through Eye Level Mathematics and/or English programmes
  • Conduct diagnostic tests, lesson marking, and student progress monitoring
  • Provide clear explanations and encouragement to help students learn independently
  • Maintain accurate student records and learning reports
  • Communicate effectively with parents on students’ progress when required
  • Prepare learning materials and ensure a conducive learning environment
  • Support centre operations and adhere to Eye Level teaching standards
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree preferred (Education, Mathematics, English, or related fields an advantage)
  • Comfortable working with children (typically ages 4–15)
  • Patient, responsible, and well-organised
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to learn and follow structured teaching systems
  • Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or enrichment centres is an advantage but not mandatory
Working Hours
  • Part-Time or Full-Time available
  • Weekday afternoons and weekends required
  • Flexible scheduling for part-time instructors
