Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extrusion/injection molding machines.
• Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Adjust settings to maintain quality.
• Load and mix raw materials.
• Perform quality checks using tools.
• Maintain production logs and records.
• Conduct routine maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Assign daily tasks to machine operators.
• Ensure safety compliance and a clean work area.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
